An interview plan, interview guide and the post interview summary. Three user interviews were conducted based on these documents. The data from the interviews themselves will be the basis for the final analysis.
User Research Questionnaire
Ten questions and response choices were designed for a web-based user research questionnaire. For each question and set of response choices a brief rationale is provided for why these would be a good questions to include in the questionnaire. They continue the same scenario about Marriot’s digital properties, particularly User Research Goals and Questions, as a basis for determining the requested user research goals and questions.
